I believe healing begins when we stop trying to fix ourselves—and start telling the truth.

I’m Johanna, founder of JOY Lifestyle Coaching and creator of the Just Own Yourself philosophy. With over 16 years of coaching experience and a Master’s in Counseling, I help women and non-binary folks move through emotional messiness and come home to their truth.

My work is rooted in radical self-ownership—choosing your wholeness over perfection, clarity over control, and compassion over shame.

My own path to healing started in sobriety. I learned that facing my truth—with tenderness and fire—was the key to becoming who I really am. That experience reshaped everything, as I realized that the best version of me, is alcohol free. 

Through the years, I’ve trained in yoga, Reiki, energy psychology, and Dr. Ashley Anne’s healing modality called the Gravity Point® Method. My approach blends grounded clinical tools with intuitive energy work—because real healing lives in both.
