What Happens in a Session
Each session is a 60-minute conversation that begins where you are.
There's no curriculum to follow and no agenda to meet. You bring whatever is present for you: a situation that has you stuck, a relationship that feels off, a body that won't settle down, or simply a week that's been harder than you expected.
And we work with it together.
Dr. Ashley Anne draws on her background in trauma-informed care, interpersonal neurobiology, and integrative wellness to help you understand what's happening beneath the surface and why. When it's useful, she'll also introduce self-regulation skills, such as a grounding practice, a breathing technique, or a reframe, tailored to what your system needs in that moment.
But conversation itself is the work. Presence, attunement, and honest reflection have a regulating effect on the nervous system all on their own. Sometimes being genuinely heard by someone who truly understands what you're navigating is exactly what your system needs to begin finding its footing again.
