You eat well and move your body, have a therapist, self-care practice, meditation habit, and more credentials than most people you know.

You understand that trauma matters and nervous system regulation is important, and you may even teach others how to do that work in meaningful, impactful ways or lead a team that does. 

And yet here you are, not yourself.

Something has shifted and you're feeling extremely stuck.

Maybe you or a loved one just received a significant health diagnosis. Or maybe an important relationship in your life is in flux.

Maybe you've reached your capacity in taking on others' stress or are feeling debilitated by a political climate so deliberately destabilizing it's made the ground feel unreliable beneath your feet.

The most disorienting part is this: you're sophisticated and well-resourced enough to see exactly what is happening inside you, but you're still unable to find a clear path through.

More self-care is not the answer. 

You know this is true, because you're doing all the self-care anyone can do… and still nothing is improving for you.

I know where you are because I've been where you've been, and I'm sorry to tell you: there's not a standardized, surefire way through this all.

You don’t need more self-care, educational information, or advice at this moment in your life. No one else knows your life like you do, and you’re the one who needs to navigate the muddy waters you’ve found yourself in.

But what I can offer you is proximity to the safety of my own system, the thousands of healing cycles it's completed, and its capacity to hold what yours cannot… yet.

And through our relationship, you’ll have access to someone who can help you see the whole pattern, give you new words to name what has been invisible to you, and create the relational conditions for your system to finally heal.

This Intensive Program Is For You If:

  • You're a woman who leads — a team, family, company, agency, community, movement, etc. — and right now you're leading from a place of depletion you can't resolve on your own.
  • You're navigating something significant: a health crisis, a loss, relational changes or conflict, a professional identity under pressure, or the cumulative, deliberate disorientation of a political moment that is actively dysregulating everyone who is paying attention. Possibly all of the above.
  • You have access to good therapy, skilled practitioners, and every wellness resource a thoughtful person can assemble, and you are using them as much as you can. But you're still dysregulated in ways that affect your sleep, body, relationships, and ability to show up the way you know you're capable of.
  • You're curious about your trauma patterns and recognize that what has happened to you plays a key role in how you're coping right now. But you also have no interest in digging up your past unnecessarily. You're motivated to find ways to heal your trauma without reliving the hurt all over again.
  • You tend to be the most integrated person in your immediate world, which means there's almost no one who can hold you the way you hold others. You're ready for that to change.
  • You don't require your healing process to fit in one lane, and you appreciate work that meets the full complexity of your experience. Support backed by neuroscience is important to you, but you also value spiritual, metaphysical, and energy work too. Balancing information and intuition is important to you, so you're open to neuroscience-informed education and assessment as well as distance Reiki, Akashic record guidance, and yoga practices to support your system.

This Intensive Program Is NOT For You If:

  • You're looking for traditional talk therapy, motivational coaching, or a structured curriculum with predictable deliverables. This work unfolds intuitively and relationally, not on a fixed educational track.
  • You want someone to fix you rather than work alongside you. Although you won’t need to do anything between sessions (i.e., no “homework”), this intensive requires your full presence and genuine commitment to walking the path, feeling your feelings in the moment as they arise, and self-motivating along the way.
  • You're not yet ready to make a substantial energetic, emotional, and financial commitment. If that is where you are right now, begin with the book. It will meet you there.
  • You're in an acute crisis that requires clinical intervention, such as caught in a pattern of addiction, stuck in a cycle of domestic violence (emotional, financial, or physical), or experiencing hallucinations, delusions, or dissociative episodes. Please reach out to a licensed provider who can meet that level of need.

What This Program Offers

The 1:1 Gravity Point® Proximity Program isn't a coaching program, therapy, or a pre-designed curriculum you move through on a fixed schedule, though all of these can be beneficial in their own ways.  

What this intensive offers is something more specific: an 8-week invitation to become a part of my world, wherein your system can resonate, reset, and reorganize.  

If this sounds a little vague, let me be more clear.

Your body-mind-relationship system has default patterns of feeling, thinking, and acting it learned in your early life.

These patterns helped you understand, respond to, and move through the world in a way that kept you safe. If you've done any trauma work, you know this is true.

But if you've been doing trauma work, you also know that the current model only gives us very limited ways of understanding our patterns: anxious/avoidant, sympathetic/parasympathetic, fight/flight/freeze.

The truth is that there are twenty different stress responses that are all either mobilized, balanced, or shutdown in situations.

So in actuality, there are 60 different expressions of these responses in your system, and they’re all in flux at any given time. 

Imbalance in these 20 stress responses happens because, at some point, you learned that feeling, thinking, and acting with authenticity and accountability weren't possible. Doing so would have threatened your relationships, your identity of self, and/or your life.

To change the way you feel, think, and act, the connection between your body, mind, and relationships needed to break. This way, your body could feel one thing, your mind could tell a different story, and consequently, you could take action in your relationships in a way that made it more likely you’d get through the situation with as little harm as possible.

This pattern of disconnection is a wound, or trauma.

And because disconnecting your body-mind-relationship system worked, your system continues to employ that disconnection whenever you're overwhelmed.

You're self-aware, so you know this is happening. You're not doing anything wrong when your system comes undone. But please know that trying harder isn't a solution that’s actually going to work.

The problem is that the systems you've been using weren't designed with enough specificity to actually empower you to heal those wounds for good.

Conventional approaches try to calm the nervous system, reframe thoughts, or improve behaviors. But those approaches work around the pattern rather than repair it.

The wound itself remains untouched.

This is especially true right now when the entire world is functioning as a chronic dysregulating force, and when the women who carry the most responsibility for others are absorbing that collective dysregulation without tools detailed enough to actually resolve it.

But for women like you who are holding up the world around you, sometimes the steps just aren't enough. Deeper healing can only happen when we plug into a system that embodies them.

We’ll help you activate stress responses you’ve shut down so that the entire system restores its balance. 

Over 8 weeks, we'll work together on one core wound — one trauma pattern that spans the 60 expressions I mentioned above. Resolving one pattern completely creates a new pathway of integration that your system carries forward into everything else.

I'll bring all of my skills to the work we do together.

We may work with the neuroscience of your pattern, move through energy work, draw on Akashic record guidance, or practice specific yoga postures your system needs in that moment. Nothing is off the table. My fluency across these modalities is one of the reasons this program can be so powerful.

Your healing doesn't fit inside one lane, and neither does this.

I'll also bring all of myself to our work together.

In a way, I'm renting out relational real estate to you. We'll be energetically connected, both in and out of session, and you’ll become a tenant for which I genuinely care. This collaborative energy provides you a platform from which to grow.

How This Program Works

Before we begin, you'll complete a detailed intake assessment so that I arrive at our first session already oriented to your pattern, your history, and the specific situation we're working with.

Each month of the program includes six hours of live time together, organized according to what the work requires rather than a fixed format. Your first session will likely run longer, typically two hours, to establish the relational container and reveal your patterns to you following the at-home assessment.

The remaining hours are distributed across the month in whatever configuration serves you best. A single session might move from a neuroscience-informed pattern analysis into an oracle reading and close with akashic record guidance. Another might be two focused hours working directly through a situation that emerged that week, and all sessions include distance Reiki. 

You'll have every session recorded and transcribed through HIPAA-compliant technology, so that what emerged in our work together remains available to you long after the intensive closes.

Between sessions, you have access to me via text for the questions, observations, and moments that arise between our live time together. This allows us to maintain a thread of continuity and connection so your system feels supported and stabilized as it reorganizes. 

The content of each session will be completely driven by what's going on for you, what's coming up, and where your system directs us along the way. Still, in general, clients tend to move through three main phases during this work.

What You'll Walk Away With

By the time we close the intensive, you’ll have something that no amount of self-care or personal development work was able to give you: a body-mind-relationship system that has actually reorganized around the pattern that has been keeping you stuck.

You’ll have insight about your trauma pattern, strategies for resolving it, and a lived, embodied experience of what it feels like to move through it. As is necessary, your system will have developed the internal capacity to do so again, on your own, every time it surfaces for the rest of your life.

The situation you arrived with will no longer have the same grip on you.

And because we worked at the level of the underlying pattern rather than the surface situation, you’ll notice that grip loosening in other areas of your life as well — in relationships you did not expect, in dynamics at work, and maybe even in the way you move through the current political moment without losing your footing entirely.

We’ll end the intensive with another assessment so you can see how your system has changed. At that point, you might decide our work is done or you might decide to do another round.

Before we begin:
