A few days ago, I opened social media looking for something funny—a cat video, puppies, something light.
Within 45 seconds, I was completely dysregulated. One video title was enough to send me spiraling.
I didn't even click on it. But the damage was done. I spent the next few days feeling hopeless, questioning whether there was even a point in showing up to create this podcast anymore.

Almost derailed my ability to contribute what I'm meant to contribute to this world.
And I keep thinking: if this happened to me, someone who's been practicing nervous system regulation for years, what's happening to everyone else?
